For a period of two (2) year after equipment has been delivered, the exclusive Canadian Importer (“Seller”) warrants that _________ System Serial Number _______________ (“Product”) shall be free from defects in material and workmanship.  Hand Piece/LUA is warranted for ___________ pulses.  In no event will this warranty cover any damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance

In a situation that the Product is not in working capacity and in case Seller is not able to bring Product back to operational mode within 2 business days, Seller shall provide a replacement system to enable Buyer to continue providing treatments to its clients.

The warranties contained herein do not extend to any Product that is modified or altered, is not maintained to the Company’s maintenance recommendations, is operated, handled or stored in a manner other than that specified by the Seller has its series number removed or altered or is treated with abuse, negligence or other improper treatment (including, without limitation, use outside the recommended environment).

SELLER’S WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND SELLER DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES.
